How to Install an Overgrip

HOW TO
  • Step1

    Remove Plastic Film (PROtack Only)

    NOTE: There are TWO sides to the grip. Remove the plastic film from both sides.

  • Step2

    Find Tapered Side

    Remove the paper from the adhesive side of the grip. This is the side that you will start with.

  • Step3

    Start From End Cap

    Hold your paddle upside down. Apply the adhesive side of the overgrip to the edge of your end cap, on top of your stock grip. Begin wrapping your handle. Overlap the overgrip to your preferred thickness. If you are a lefty, wrap to the left. If you are a righty, wrap to your right.

  • Step4

    Apply End Tape

    Once you have wrapped your handle to the desired length, cut off excess overgrip (if any), and apply the end tape to hold the grip.

Great adhesion, and perfect for adding weight to paddle

Great Option to Choose From

I use tungsten tape and could only find the 0.5g/inch tape. However, Bodhi Pickleball gives an option to choose from either the 0.5g/inch or 1g/inch. I chose the 1g/inch so that my entire paddle isn't wrapped in tungsten. High quality tape that doesn't peel off easily either.
